(1) charger transformer primary coil short-circuit → use digital multimeter resistance file to measure the transformer primary coil, under normal circumstances, the transformer primary coil resistance in about 23Ω, if less than the resistance value, prove that the transformer primary coil short-circuit, you must replace the transformer, at the same time, measure the temperature thermal fuse and 2A fuse, replace the damaged fuse.


(2) charger transformer secondary coil short-circuit → using a multimeter to measure the secondary coil resistance of about 1.2Ω.


(3) rectifier 6A2 short-circuit → measure the four 6A2 rectifier tube forward and reverse resistance, respectively, the forward and reverse rectifier 6A2 diode update.



2. Charging red and green lights are on (measured by no charging current or current only 0.05 ~ 0.1A).


(1) charger output fuse blown → charger output 3A fuse for a new.


(2) Battery box fuse blown → replace the battery box 15A fuse.


(3)Battery wiring open circuit→replace the inter-battery connection wire.


(4)Bad contact of charging plug-in→clear the foreign matter at the contact of plug-in or change the new plug-in.


(5) battery group of a battery internal open circuit → measure the voltage of each battery separately, no voltage battery failure, battery replacement in accordance with the battery replacement method with group operation.


(6) charger charging voltage is low (deviation from the technical standard value) → DC voltage file with a digital multimeter, according to certain methods to measure the charging voltage, if the voltage is low, such as less than 43V should be adjusted until it reaches 44V.


(7) S806 SCR short circuit or pin desoldering → replace the S802 SCR (disassembly and installation attention and heat sink plate fixed).


(8) 0.1μ FCBB capacitor or 0.1Ω/2W cement resistor is damaged. → Replace the 0.1μ FCBB capacitor or a new 0.1Ω/2W cement resistor.




3. The charger output plug is hot or hot output card plug is loose and the surface of the contact surface is oxidized → Clear the oxide or replace the plug.
